VICKY Yacht Charter

VICKY is one of those yachts that comes as a pleasant surprise, with plenty of unusual features delivered with style and flair. Her interiors are very contemporary, with the accent on relaxation. The main saloon is not too much of a departure from modern minimal, with low white and pale-grey facing sofas sitting on a blood red rug. However, the formal dining saloon is something else, with purple crushed velvet seats around one central and two smaller tables, illuminated by a chandelier of dangling glass globes. Further forward, the master suite has wide dark floorboards and pale panels, with a bold black and white patterned rug and chairs. Dazzling in pale shiny marble, the master en suite has plenty of glass and mirrors. It’s when you get on the upper deck that things get really interesting; the sky lounge is a truly laid-back space, you have no choice – one of the ‘sofas’ is technically a mattress on the floor: lie here and enjoy the serene view of a ‘living wall’ of plants. However, you’re unlikely to fall asleep – this is a bright white space, with a mosaic floor topped with a plush rug on which sits the facing sofa, this time a few inches off the floor. The aft dining area also features pale low-profile chairs – apart from the floorboards, everything is white - a pure space contrasting with the black sliding doors that lead you inside – when open the green living wall is perfectly framed. And if all this wasn’t laid-back enough – the full sauna on this deck should do the trick. The sun deck is often a relaxing place anyway – and here it is complemented by a mosaic-tile Jacuzzi surround plus some pretty funky white chairs remind you that VICKY has s style all of her own.
