OVERVIEW
PHOENIX 2 is a stunning superyacht – in the truest meaning of the word. Even seasoned charter guests will stop in their tracks, unable to say much more than ‘Wow!’ on stepping on board. The interiors by Andrew Winch take inspiration from Art Deco and 1930s New York. The theme has been executed so boldly, with such strength and élan that the results are jaw dropping. Black lacquer tables and sofas contrast with white chairs and carpets; circular patterns are a repeated feature. The careful use of gold accents, with occasional blocks of colour elevate this take on monochrome to the truly spectacular. It takes design of great skill and experience to be this brave and to succeed so utterly. And PHOENIX 2 does not only look good, her layout is just as wonderful. The master suite encompasses two decks, and enjoys a private terrace and jacuzzi. On the upper deck, the observation lounge gives far-reaching views, down the private stairs to the main deck you’ll find the stateroom, huge walk-ins and bathrooms. Of course, PHOENIX 2 is a very large yacht, and that allows for some extravagance: the two VIP cabins on the upper deck each have their own private fold-down balcony (a feature normally reserved for master suites.) Other treats include a full indoor cinema (wonderful in complete black), an outside cinema, full gym, a 7.5m swimming pool and jacuzzi on the sun deck. The formal dining setting is so glamorous that’s it’s a great excuse to show off your most fabulous outfits. The upper deck ‘winter garden’ dining table is a little more casual; but this is a glorious space, with retractable glass walls so the weather can never ruin your party. PHOENIX 2 is incomparable and would make for the most memorable charter experience.
