MALTESE FALCON Yacht Charter

There are a handful of superyachts that are instantly recognizable - and MALTESE FALCON is definitely one of them. She bears three towering masts each crossed by six yard-arms – in effect she is a modern square-rigger, and looks to all the world like the product of a Sci-Fi filmmaker’s imagination. Her unique rig provides a safe, easy to operate (you don’t need a swarm of able seamen climbing the rigging) and beautiful solution to modern sailing. But that is certainly not the only amazing thing about MALTESE FALCON. This is first and foremost a luxury yacht designed to fulfil the whims of the hardest to please. Her interiors are every bit as stunning as her external profile: highly polished metals, curved leather furnishings, wonderful pieces of art make up just some of her décor. There is even an inside/outside bar – a circle perfectly bisected by the curving glass doors – for cocktails inside, outside, or both. Reminding you of her huge rotating rig, the central atrium is the umbilicus at the centre of the yacht, with views up through glass floors – in fact circular themes are found throughout. This is a genuinely interesting, highly original yacht through and through. Sheer size means she has facilities that many sailing yachts could only dream of – with six good-sized cabins including a full-beam master, although arguably the VIP suite is the best on the yacht, perched high on the bridge deck with enviable views. There is also a new spa area (there’s a masseuse on board) and gym - plus the famous on-deck cinema is simply wonderful – using the lowest sail on the mizzen mast as the screen. MALTESE FALCON is a fantastic yacht and would make for a most memorable charter experience.
