Once you take a good look at LADY BRITT, you are left in no doubt as to why she is such a successful charter yacht. Firstly, accommodation: with well-laid out, fairly evenly matched cabins, no-one’s nose is out of joint for getting ‘the little cabin.’ The interiors look divine yet are clearly designed to be used and enjoyed; this is a relaxed, inviting yacht, not a furniture showroom. Secondly, dining and drinking; there are plenty of great locations for enjoying a meal, from a low-key breakfast on the sun deck, full lunch on the aft upper deck, or formal dinner around the convivial leaf-shaped dining table on the main deck. The Michelin-star chef has a great reputation – and has a freezer with 52 flavours of home-made ice creams… Thirdly: on board facilities. How about a great beach club? Authentic Finnish sauna with direct access to side-opening swim platform? Trained Elemis beautician? Two cinemas? Air-conditioned gym with panoramic views on the sun deck? LADY BRITT has them all. Lastly – outdoor fun. The sun deck has three distinct areas: forward there is a Jacuzzi with sun-bathing pads, aft there are two cosy dining tables, seating and more sunbathing, with a large retractable awning. (Midships is the enclosed gym.) Down at water level you’ll find that beach club and sauna plunge platform, plus a terrific store of water toys such as waverunners, sailing dinghies, 10m slide – plus a great beach set-up with sofas and pavilions.
