OVERVIEW
BURKUT is a grown-up Baglietto, still sleek and fast, but with a taller superstructure and sophisticated interiors. Perhaps her most striking feature is her sun deck; the forward portion is totally enclosed to provide a spa encompassing a massage room, steam room, sauna and gym. Out on deck the Jacuzzi is tucked to one side, two large circular sun beds sit alongside more conventional loungers. Her interiors are pale and light, thanks to the use of neutrals from pale cream to browns, with furnishings in textural crocodile leather and silks adding interest. Rugs with the Fendi F motif lie on dark floorboards. The main saloon is a cosy, friendly space, open to the main dining table. Further forward, the full-beam master suite has twin fold-up balconies and is a light, dreamy space of pale creams in silk and pale panelling. The en suite has a lovely free-standing bath, with mosaic tiles and stone adding a natural, understated glow. Colour appears in the guest suites: the three doubles have accents in blue, pink and orange respectively. The twin stateroom has a seaside feel, with a small rug on dark floorboards. Back up on deck, the aft upper dining area is elegant and blessed with the night’s breezes; just inside, the sky lounge is a laid-back space for watching TV, playing games or simply enjoying a cocktail. BURKUT delivers superyacht style in a very sleek package.
