Alloy Yachts ketch VERTIGO has very beautiful lines, a low sleek hull, soaring masts and flat uncluttered decks. The same clean, open flowing feel is retained in her interiors thanks to her ‘urban at sea’ minimal industrial design by Christian Liaigre. Inside the deckhouse, the saloon displays the palette of creams, blacks and woody browns with low sofas and leather seats. Further forward the space divides, media room to port, dining to starboard. From here guests can learn to sail the smaller dinghies or take out the kayaks and paddle boards. Gym-lovers will enjoy a workout next to another fold-down balcony with direct access to the sea. For total relaxation, the aft deck is hard to beat: a bank of sun pads slides back to reveal a ten-person Jacuzzi pool just behind the large dining table.
