When TURQUOISE was delivered in 2011 she was greatly admired for her space (that massive sundeck) and cleverly well-designed service flow that made her both beautiful and practical. Recent refits have taken a great superyacht and made her into something extremely special. The interiors have been embellished and enhanced in a modern Art Deco style that uses muted neutrals and dramatic dark accents with shimmering tactile fabrics – ‘rich and sexy’ says the designer, quite rightly…The famous sundeck, with its large 14-person jacuzzi now has a neat bar and barbecue for relaxed dining on deck. In fact, the dining options on board have all been upgraded, with a superb galley team and the ability to dine on any of the three upper decks. The layout has also been tweaked to form more intimate spaces and an outdoor cinema created with billowing side curtains for privacy and atmosphere. The accommodation layout still works well, with both the master and VIP suites on the main deck, with the four large guest cabins on the lower deck. In terms of fun and games, the lazarette is now chock-full of water toys including seabobs, a waterslide and waverunners. TURQUOISE is a truly great yacht and manages to be both pragmatic and gorgeous, big and welcoming, stylish and comfortable. There is always plenty to do, or plenty of places to sneak off and get away from it all - making Turquoise an excellent charter option for almost any combination of guests…
