PERSHING YACHTS HISTORY
Pershing’s story began in 1981, when Tilli Antonelli, Fausto Filippetti, and Giuliano Onori founded Cantiere Navale dell’Adriatico. Just four years later they teamed up with designer Fulvio De Simone and launched the Pershing 45 — a sleek, fast motor yacht that instantly captured the spirit of the brand. Named after the Pershing missile, she stood for power, precision, and outstanding performance. Her breakthrough gave birth to the Pershing brand, paving the way for rapid expansion and an increased selection of larger yachts.
In 1998, Pershing Yachts became part of the Ferretti Group, sparking a period of exciting growth. In 2012, Shandong Heavy Industry Group–Weichai Group acquired a majority ownership in the brand, helping Pershing Yachts develop a presence in the global marketplace.

SUPERYACHTS 140
The SUPERYACHTS 140 redefines luxury high-speed cruising as Pershing’s first all-aluminum superyacht. At 43 meters, she features a raised helm linked to the sundeck, a Master suite on the main deck, and a beach area opening on three sides. With water-jet propulsion, a 36-knot Maximum Speed, and five cabins, she perfectly blends thrilling performance with exceptional comfort.
