GOLDEN YACHTS HISTORY

Golden Yachts, founded in 1996 in Greece, started by managing the construction of the 42-meter M/Y O’Pari. From its early beginnings with refit works, it quickly shifted to yacht building and construction, and in 2007 launched its first in-house-built yacht, the GY 50 series. The 2010s initiated a new era of yacht launches with new and revolutionary builds, including the 39.5-meter O’Pati in 2011, the 71.85-meter O’Pari³ in 2015, the 85-meter O’Ptasia in 2018, and the 95-meter O’Pari in 2020. Golden Yachts began to be recognized globally from this period, becoming known as an innovator of outstanding craftsmanship and design capabilities. This recognition was solidified with the award-winning 88-meter Project X in 2022. Today, Golden Yachts is known for leading the superyacht industry in Greece and boasts distinct yard facilities with futuristic projects O’Rea and O’Eva.
