CANTIERE DELLE MARCHE HISTORY
Cantiere delle Marche (CdM) was established in 2010 in Ancona, Italy, by Ennio Cecchini, Gabriele Virgili, and Vasco Buonpensiere, who combined their expertise in commercial shipbuilding and yacht brokerage. The yard quickly gained recognition for building strong, ocean-going explorer yachts, launching its first model—the Darwin Class Vitadimare 3—just a year later. Focused on steel hulls and tailored designs, CdM carved out a niche for long-range yachts between 26 and 50 meters. Even though it entered the market during a global financial downturn, the company’s quality craftsmanship and fresh approach soon positioned it among the world leaders in luxury explorer yachts.
CANTIERE DELLE MARCHE PHILOSOPHY
CdM builds long-range explorer yachts that combine strength, reliability, and sustainability. Its philosophy revolves around crafting vessels designed for true exploration rather than showy luxury. Every yacht is engineered with care and precision, reflecting a deep commitment to quality, authenticity, and owner satisfaction. The company values innovation, environmental responsibility, and close collaboration with clients to create safe, capable yachts ready to venture to the most remote destinations.
