OVERVIEW

Beautiful BATON ROUGE is a superb beach-club-on-water; you never feel far from the sea. One of the most notable features of this Icon Yachts platform is the corridor that links the four guest cabins directly with the actual beach club – where a comfortable range of sofas looks aft to the generous fold-down swim transom. And even way above sea level there is water… the bridge deck hosts a 5m long jet stream pool; protruding vantage points here and on the sun deck make you feel as if you’re flying over the water as you look out for dolphins. BATON ROUGE’s voluminous interiors are designed for larger parties as well as smaller groups. The more formal main saloon can be screened from the dining area by sliding doors; the upper lounge has several large groupings of sofas and a fine bar to entertain guests. Throughout the interiors, the connection to the ocean is reinforced by shades of blue and coral pink; no two rooms have exactly the same décor, rather it evolves from space to space as the types of wood and fabric pattern subtly change – there is a sense of cohesion with individuality. The master suite on the main deck is a rhapsody of blues, especially the vivid blue and white marble of the bathroom. You may think that just 12 guests might feel a little lost on a large superyacht such as BATON ROUGE – but she has so many break-out spaces and intimate groupings of sofas and chairs that guests will never feel overwhelmed: from a small group of loungers on the sundeck, down to the outside bar on the bridge deck or the observation lounge right forward, to the upper deck outside dining area there are any number of places to enjoy the company of your family and good friends.
