Monaco Yacht Show 2025: The Ultimate Superyacht Experience

The Monaco Yacht Show website

The Monaco Yacht Show (MYS) stands as the pinnacle of luxury yachting events, annually transforming the serene Port Hercules into a dazzling showcase of maritime excellence. Scheduled from September 24 to 27, 2025, the 34th edition of MYS promises to uphold its legacy of grandeur and innovation. The MYS 2025 highlights are expected to feature revolutionary advancements in sustainability and design, further elevating the luxury yacht show Monaco is known for.

This year, MYS distinguishes itself by presenting an unparalleled collection of over 100 superyachts, many making their world premiere. The event not only highlights the vessels but also brings together over 560 expert exhibitors, including leading shipyards, designers, and luxury brands, making it a hub for networking and discovering the latest industry trends.

What is the Monaco Yacht Show?

Established in 1991, the Monaco Yacht Show has evolved from a niche gathering into the world's premier exhibition dedicated exclusively to superyachts. Each year, it attracts yacht enthusiasts, industry professionals, and luxury connoisseurs from around the globe, offering a unique platform for showcasing the latest in yacht design, technology, and services.

In 1991, the Monaco Yacht Show began modestly with around 30 yachts at Port Hercules, initially limited to Quai des États-Unis, the centerpiece of the superyacht exhibition. Over time, the event expanded, introducing new quays with dedicated zones. Quai de l’Hirondelle became home to the Sailing Yacht Area, featuring prestigious builders and brokers. Quai Antoine Ier blended yacht exhibits with luxury lifestyle brands, including fine art and bespoke fashion. Darse Sud houses the Luxury Pavilion and Car Deck, showcasing high-end products and exotic vehicles. Parvis Piscine hosts exhibition tents with shipbuilders, designers, and brokerage firms. Quai Albert Ier highlights yacht tenders, water toys, and accessories, while Jetée Lucciana presents auxiliary craft and marine toys. By 2019, MYS displayed over 125 yachts, some over 100 meters. After a COVID-19 pause in 2020, it returned in 2021 with a focus on sustainability and eco-friendly innovations. Today, it remains the premier yacht exhibition, attracting billionaires, celebrities, and industry leaders.

What to Expect at Monaco Yacht Show 2025

MYS serves as a launchpad for groundbreaking yacht designs and technologies. Innovations such as AI integration, eco-friendly propulsion systems, and futuristic design concepts have been introduced in previous editions, setting new standards for the industry. MYS consistently attracts top-tier shipyards and designers. The 2024 Monaco Yacht Show showcased an impressive lineup of elite superyachts, featuring the grand debut of the 122m. KISMET alongside the stunning 112m. motor yacht RENAISSANCE. This remarkable fleet underscored the event’s reputation as the premier stage for unveiling the world’s most luxurious and cutting-edge vessels.

The Monaco Yacht Show 2025 is expected to surpass these achievements, solidifying its status as the ultimate superyacht show Monaco 2025 has to offer. For instance, the Swan 128, designed by Germán Frers, is anticipated to make its debut in 2025. This 40m. cruiser-racer exemplifies the blend of performance and luxury that attendees can expect.
