AEGEAN YACHT HISTORY
Aegean Yacht, founded in 1976 by Sinan Ozer in Bodrum, Turkey, began as a builder of traditional wooden gulets—classic sailing vessels native to the region. Over the years, the shipyard turned into a renowned international custom yacht builder, crafting steel and aluminum motor and sailing yachts measuring up to 75 meters. Operating from a spacious 15,000-square-meter facility, Aegean Yacht has completed over 40 yachts, exporting them worldwide. Under Sinan Ozer’s continued leadership, the company has grown into a respected name in the world of bespoke superyachts.

AEGEAN YACHT MODEL LINES
Aegean Yacht has a versatile range of yacht model lines spanning from 16 to 75 meters in length, with 29 models organized across seven distinct series. Their model lines are Aegean Explorers, Aegean Sailors, Classic Motor Yachts, Classic Sailing Yachts, Motor Yachts, Ocean Explorers, and Super Yachts. These yachts feature displacement / semi-displacement hulls made from steel and aluminum, designed for both luxury and long-range cruising.
Across the range, spacious living areas and elegant wood-finished interiors create a warm, refined atmosphere. Many models include modern features like sun-drenched pool decks, tender garages, and, on the larger superyachts, helipads. For example, the 43-meter Phobos and Deimos showcase open-air garages, expansive owner’s suites with private terraces, and room for up to 12 guests.
Powered by efficient twin-diesel engines, Aegean yachts have Cruising Speeds between 12 and 25 knots and impressive ranges above 3,500 nautical miles. Their designs prioritize comfort, stability, and tailored customization to meet individual client desires.
